John “JoJo” Hermann is an American singer, musician and songwriter best known as the keyboardist in the band Widespread Panic. Hermann is known for his lead vocals on many New Orleans style jazz and blues covers and originals along with gospel-style organ playing. He has been heavily influenced by artists such as Dr. John, Professor Longhair and Junior Kimbrough. Throughout his career, he has brought his New Orleans piano boogie-woogie style into his songwriting.

In advance of his show at The Mangy Moose in Teton Village on Friday, June 10, JoJo Hermann joined KHOL’s Kevin P. in the studio over the phone. Listen above for more.
