Chris Thompson, frontman and founding member of Americana/newgrass band Coral Creek, transports listeners from the skyscraping Rocky Mountains to the soft sands of the Caribbean sea. He performs a diverse range of original music spanning rock, country, bluegrass, blues, folk and island music. He’s also known for delighting audiences with legendary favorites from the Grateful Dead, The Band, Neil Young, Jimmy Cliff and more.

Thompson joined us in the KHOL studio to discuss his influences, his unique style of music and how touring during a pandemic actually has a silver lining.
