KHOL continues with our StoryCorps initiative to connect Jackson Hole locals together for one-on-one conversations. One Small Step brings people with different beliefs into the recording studio to talk and discover common ground. This week we share with you a conversation between two local fathers: Mark Houser and Andy Weenig. A generation apart and politically and religiously different, they connected immediately over working as river guides on the Snake. Listen above for a snippet of their conversation about raising teenagers. Or listen to the full conversation on StoryCorps’ website.

StoryCorps’ One Small Step and the Radio Station Hubs are made possible by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

We are hosting a free public listening event on Nov 1 at the Center for the Arts.
