Did you know Jackson Hole has light pollution equivalent to that of Flagstaff, Arizona? Or that artificial night lights cause millions of birds to die each year? Or that many humans are never actually exposed to true “darkness” anymore? Dr. Samuel Singer of Wyoming Stargazers recently helped rewrite the Exterior Lighting Standards for Teton County and will speak tonight at the JH Bird and Nature Club Meeting at the Teton County Library at 6pm.
