What would the disappearance of animals mean to human imagination? Alison Hawthorne Deming joined us to delve into these questions and more. She also shared a poem from her forthcoming collection of poems Death Valley: Painted Light.

She is in Jackson as part of the JH Writers Conference taking place June 23rd-25th at the Center for the Arts.
