Governor Mark Gordon has a plan to address climate change and it’s not what you might expect. This was the subject of one of reporter Andrew Graham’s latest stories for WyoFile. Graham opens the article by narrating an interesting scene at an energy summit in Salt Lake City where Gordon, donned in cowboy boots, was in attendance. We reached Graham in Laramie to discuss his story.
