By the time the ski lifts start running, Jackson Hole will be home to Moe’s Original BBQ, offering Alabama-style barbeque and southern soul food. We spoke with entrepreneur and Jackson native Tom Fay (of Pinky G’s Pizzeria) who is opening the restaurant with David Fogg. The “friendchise” has 38 locations around the US and was started by a small group of friends in the parking lot at Vail.
