The wild, horse-drawn chariot races are this weekend and they’re raising money for the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Alec Cabacungan, the face of their commercials, and Kip Attaway, the local comedian and musician, came by to talk with us. Despite suffering from a genetic disorder that makes his bones break easily, Alec is very active and shines with energy!
